Welcome to Nurtured Movement.  With over 20 years of teaching experience we specialize in working with hip, back and neck issues, chronic pain management, post surgery and injury recovery, as well as athletic performance training. 

Joseph Pilates said: “If your spine is stiff at 30, you are old. If it is flexible at 60, you are young.” After working with over 10,000 bodies spanning from 11 - 92 years old, from Olympic Athletes to post hip and knee replacements, we agree that this statement is so true! 

 

A Nurtured Movement practice incorporates the principles of Pilates to design a unique sessions for each client.  We discuss goals and move through sessions with emphasis on energizing, revitalizing and of course nurturing the whole body.
